Help with Smoovie ticketing and tech support.
Tech support
Smoovie can help with checkout issues, payment problems, duplicate charge concerns, ticket emails not arriving, ticket links not loading, and general problems with the Smoovie website or box office tools. If you are a venue using Smoovie and need help with the system, the first step is to check the manuals in your Venue Manager portal, as those should answer most setup and day-to-day questions.
I did not receive my ticket
First check your spam or junk folder, as ticket emails sometimes end up there. If you still cannot find it, do not worry too much, because venues also have a guest list and can usually let you in if you turn up and give your name. If there has been a problem with your order, just contact us and we will try to help.
Accessibility
For accessibility questions, including access to the building, seating, toilets, parking, or any other venue-specific arrangements, please contact the venue directly, as they are the people who know the building and run the screening on the day.

If you need help with a Smoovie ticketing or platform issue, use the contact page and include as much useful detail as you can, such as the venue name, film title, screening date and the email address used when booking. Please note that Smoovie is currently run part-time by Will and Nadia, so replies can sometimes take a few days.
