I did not receive my ticket email
Check spam and any Promotions tab first. If it is not there, use the contact form and include the venue name, film title, screening date and time, and the email used at checkout. We can resend your ticket.
I was charged but the confirmation page did not load
Use the contact form and tell us the venue, film, screening date and time, and the email used at checkout. If you can, include any on screen message. We will confirm whether the order completed.
I think I was charged twice
Use the contact form and include the email used at checkout and the screening details. We will check the payment records and resolve any duplicate charges.
Can I get a refund?
Online ticket refunds are not currently available. We are working to improve this. If a screening is cancelled or rescheduled, the venue will normally advise the next steps for ticket holders.
Can I move my ticket to a different date?
We cannot guarantee changes, but where possible we can help move a ticket to another date for the same venue. Use the contact form and include your original screening details and your preferred new date.
What payment methods are accepted?
Major debit and credit cards are accepted online. Some venues also sell tickets in person, which varies by venue.
iOS app: I cannot log in
Use the contact form and select iOS app support. Tell us the venue name and the email you are trying to log in with. If possible, include a screenshot of the error message.
iOS app: ticket scanning is not working
First check the device has a stable connection. If the issue continues, use the contact form and include the venue, the screening date and time, and what you see when scanning. Screenshots help.
Accessibility questions
Accessibility arrangements are managed by each venue. Please contact the venue directly to confirm step free access, seating options, and any captioned or audio described screenings where available.
